Sam Stephens is the chief executive of the Clean the World Foundation, overseeing all aspects of the organization globally. He has over 15 years of international development experience and is actively engaged in several global institutions including the World Health Organization, Global Impact Council, and World Economic Forum.

Shawn Seipler

Chairman

As founder of Clean the World, Shawn launched a global hygiene revolution. As CEO, he is a business leader who advances humanitarian causes through social entrepreneurism. Shawn previously was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an e-commerce technology company. His frequent travel led to the concept of recycling hotel soap.

Nicky Rudd

Secretary/Treasurer

Nicky is a vice president at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Atlanta. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she spent 13 years with Merrill Lynch. From 2010 to 2015, Nicky served on the Global Soap Project board of directors. She transitioned to the Clean the World board in early 2015 after the organizations merged.

Bill Duncan

Global Head of All Suites & Focused Services Brands - Hilton Worldwide

Bill Duncan serves as the global head of the All Suites and Focused Service Categories. With over 25 years devoted to the hospitality industry, he has been recognized for several awards, including the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association’s “Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales & Marketing,” and the Memphis Corporate Volunteer Council Executive Leadership Award.

RON REESE

Senior Vice President, Las Vegas Sands

Ron is the Senior Vice President of Global Communications and Corporate Affairs for Las Vegas Sands Corp. He drives the overall corporate communications platform and directs corporate affairs initiatives that bring awareness to the company’s business and corporate citizenship achievements

Ernie Rosenberg

Former President & CEO, American Cleaning Institute

Former President & CEO of the American Cleaning Institute for 16 years, Ernie previously served as the chief of staff for the EPA’s automotive emission control and fuel economy programs and has experience as the Vice President for Health, Environment and Safety in the Occidental Petroleum Corporation’s Washington Office and as Senior Vice President of an environmental issues management consulting firm.

Former Director of White House Events, Clinton Administration

Laura is a professional speaker, author and television commentator. She worked for the Clinton Administration for eight years, beginning as a volunteer and eventually becoming the White House Director of Events. Laura’s other roles included Midwest Press Secretary and Director of Television.

She has over 35 years of experience, including 25 years at UNICEF, where she served in global leadership roles such as Representative to the Philippines, Deputy Director of Global Programs, and Global Chief of WASH.
