Floramae Esapebong Ray
Floramae leads our WASH programs and partnerships to improve the lives of vulnerable populations around the globe. She has a decade of global health experience working in diverse humanitarian and developmental settings and has a long track record of managing large and complex projects for a variety of leading global organizations, including UNICEF, UNHCR, Samaritan’s Purse, and more.
Her leadership experience spans various sectors, including maternal and child health, nutrition, non-food items (NFIs), water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), food security, sustainable livelihoods, and cash assistance initiatives. Floramae also has direct experience overseeing large programs with the United Nations, US Government agencies, DFID, and institutional foundations.
She received her Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Bedfordshire in England. She and her husband, Randy, now reside in Washington, DC.
