Floramae Esapebong Ray

Director of Programs
Floramae leads our WASH programs and partnerships to improve the lives of vulnerable populations around the globe. She has a decade of global health experience working in diverse humanitarian and developmental settings and has a long track record of managing large and complex projects for a variety of leading global organizations, including UNICEF, UNHCR, Samaritan’s Purse, and more. Her leadership experience spans various sectors, including maternal and child health, nutrition, non-food items (NFIs), water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), food security, sustainable livelihoods, and cash assistance initiatives. Floramae also has direct experience overseeing large programs with the United Nations, US Government agencies, DFID, and institutional foundations. She received her Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Bedfordshire in England. She and her husband, Randy, now reside in Washington, DC.

Nikola Sobot

Director of Development
Nikola leads all fundraising and development efforts to ensure our programs have the resources necessary to be as impactful as possible. In addition, he oversees our partnerships with corporations, foundations, individual donors, and bilateral/multilateral institutions to make sure our resource base is diverse, sustainable, and well positioned for long-term success. Prior to joining our team, he held executive leadership positions at a variety of international development organizations, including the World Resources Institute and Principles for Responsible Investments, and served as an advisor at both the United Nations and the European Commission. Nikola holds Master’s Degrees in International Development from the University of Trento, Italy, and Regensburg University in Germany. He also holds the title of Diplomatic Attaché. In his spare time, he and his family enjoy scuba diving, tennis and skiing.
