Covid-19 Impact Update
UCF Students Enrolled in SEEP Donate Hygiene Kits to Charity
Clean the World’s Social Entrepreneurship Experiential Program (SEEP) immerses students into the world of social entrepreneurship. Students are empowered and equipped to change the world around them, and this week, three student teams from the University of Central Florida donated 262 hygiene kits to the Sharing Center of Central Brevard! It is so inspiring to see young people impacting the world around them, especially at a time like this. Great work!
Despite having to move to remote learning due to COVID-19, UCF’s Digital Marketing Spring semester students have donated a total of 697 kits to the following charities: Covenant House Florida, UP Orlando, Central Florida Orlando Coalition for the Homeless, Clean the World Foundation, Orlando Union Rescue Mission, Family Promise of Greater Orlando, Central Brevard Sharing Center, Harbor House of Central Florida, Victim Service Center of Central Florida, and Kids House.
SEEP is the perfect online course to pair with an already existing high school or college course. Students will learn about corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and the amazing benefit that happens when capitalism meets social good.
